Travel Cafe Independent is a full relational database solution for travel agents incorporating XML import and file transfer from booking and reservation systems as well as full booking management, enquiry tracking and CRM systems. Dedicated Solutions Ltd used the St Petersburg technology factory to develop their complete travel agency management system. The project included back end database design using Sybase SQL Anywhere, front end design using Net Plus™ and import mechanisms using Visual Basic and XML tools. The project was managed from the UK but all programming was completed in Russia. The project was completed on time and a t a fraction of the cost in the UK.

When dedicated Solutions were commissioned to produce a Tour Operating and stock control module to the base system they again turned to Russia with the same outstanding results.
