Singlepoint offers a flexible workflow based system which allows the administrator to map their business process change control, quality control, program management etc. The system allows both industry standard and bespoke methods to be mapped and for forms and reports to be tailored to the clients precise needs. A sophisticated dashboard keeps all users and administrators up to date with their current task , messages and approval requirements. The system also includes a web portal for clients to log their issues directly onto the database and to initiate an appropriate workflow.
