Euro-Soft Limited is a UK company, with an extensive network of partner companies and contacts in Russia throughout the industry and the major universities, institutions and business sectors. It was created in 2002 to be a high quality answer to the growing and increasingly worrying problem of an IT skills shortage in the West. Euro-Soft Developments Ltd with partners United Healthcare were commissioned initially to provide a web based database application for the management of the nomenclature, which includes over 20 thousand terms, equivalents and synonyms . Thereafter, to provide a complete ecommerce solution for the selling of access to this data through a new website with various subscription rates and definitions.
The system is being developed on an ASP platform using a series of COM objects to provide a flexible browser based management module and the basis for a revenue generating site.
